Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. renewed.cv (“we”) operates renewed.cv. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Content you submit: your resume (including any personal details in it), the job posting or link, and the generated result.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we receive only a payment reference, amount, and (if provided) your email. We never see your card number.
• Technical data: a salted hash of your IP address for abuse and rate limiting, your approximate country, and standard server logs. We use privacy-friendly aggregate analytics.

How we use it

Solely to generate your tailored resume, process payment, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data and do not use your resume for advertising.

AI processing

Your resume and the job text are sent to AI models running on Cloudflare Workers AI to generate the result. According to Cloudflare, customer content sent to Workers AI is not used to train its models.

Retention and deletion

Unpaid previews are deleted after 7 days. Paid results are deleted after 30 days. You can delete your data immediately using the button on your order page, or by emailing us. Payment records may be retained as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact support@renewed.cv.

Security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption in transit. Your order page is protected by a long random link — keep it private.
