Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern your use of renewed.cv (the “Service”), operated by renewed.cv (“we”, “us”).

The service

You submit a resume and a job posting. The Service uses artificial intelligence to produce a version of your resume tailored to that job. Each paid generation covers one tailored resume for one job posting, delivered as a downloadable PDF and DOCX. The current price is $10 per generation.

Your responsibility

The tailored resume is generated from the information you provide. You must review the result before sending it to any employer and make sure every statement is accurate. We work to avoid adding information that is not in your original resume, but AI output can contain errors; you are responsible for what you submit to employers. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome. The “match score” is a keyword-coverage measure and is not a prediction of hiring decisions.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to submit the resume and job content you upload. You keep ownership of your resume and the tailored result. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to overload or reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful content, or use it to create misleading credentials.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider. See our refund policy.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant generation.
