Madrid offers Email Marketing Specialist openings across finance, telecom and consulting. Each employer words its postings differently, so one generic CV won’t do. Tailor yours to the posting and the local conventions (one to two pages).

- Local note: Spanish CVs commonly list languages and may include a photo, though it is optional.
What a recruiter checks first on a Email Marketing Specialist resume
In marketing and content hiring, the first read is fast. These are the things that matter most:
- channel results with numbers — traffic, leads, CAC, ROAS, conversion
- tools and platforms from the posting (GA4, HubSpot, Ads platforms, SEO tools)
- proof of strategy and execution, with a link to a portfolio or published work
Keywords hiring teams look for in a Email Marketing Specialist CV
Applicant tracking systems and recruiters search for specific terms. For Email Marketing Specialist roles these come up most often — include them only where they are true for you:
Before and after: how a Email Marketing Specialist-style bullet improves
Generic

Illustrative example. Numbers like these should always come from your own real results — useful metrics for this field include traffic, leads, CAC, ROAS, open/click rates, revenue attributed, audience growth.
How to tailor your Email Marketing Specialist CV in three steps
- Mark the must-haves. Read the posting and highlight the tools, skills, and responsibilities it repeats or labels “required”.
- Match them to your real experience. For each must-have, find the place in your history where you actually did it, and move that evidence to the top — using the posting’s wording where it is honest.
- Cut what doesn’t help. Shorten or remove bullets that don’t support this particular job. Two strong, relevant lines beat six generic ones.
That’s exactly what renewed.cv automates: it extracts the requirements, rewrites your real experience around them, fact-checks the result against your original, and shows you a before/after match score.
