How to tailor your Environmental Consultant CV in three steps

1. Mark the must-haves. Read the posting and highlight the tools, skills, and responsibilities it repeats or labels “required”.
2. Match them to your real experience. For each must-have, find the place in your history where you actually did it, and move that evidence to the top — using the posting’s wording where it is honest.
3. Cut what doesn’t help. Shorten or remove bullets that don’t support this particular job. Two strong, relevant lines beat six generic ones.

That’s exactly what renewed.cv automates: it extracts the requirements, rewrites your real experience around them, fact-checks the result against your original, and shows you a before/after match score.

Common Environmental Consultant resume mistakes

• Vague claims such as "promoted sustainability" without numbers
• Not naming the standards, software, or data sources you used
• Leaving out project size and your specific contribution

Recommended structure: Summary → Standards and tools → Experience → Projects → Certifications → Education.
