Freelance Writer hiring in Odesa

Local employers span logistics, IT and trade. If you have experience in these sectors, say so clearly, for example by naming the industry in your summary and showing results with Writing, Research and SEO. Never claim experience you don’t have.

CV conventions in Ukraine

• Typical length: one to two pages.
• Local note: Ukrainian candidates applying to international employers should use an English CV in a standard international format with clear dates and English-language proficiency.

The Freelance Writer signals that earn a second look

In marketing and content hiring, the first read is fast. These are the things that matter most:

• channel results with numbers — traffic, leads, CAC, ROAS, conversion
• tools and platforms from the posting (GA4, HubSpot, Ads platforms, SEO tools)
• proof of strategy and execution, with a link to a portfolio or published work

Keywords hiring teams look for in a Freelance Writer CV

Applicant tracking systems and recruiters search for specific terms. For Freelance Writer roles these come up most often — include them only where they are true for you:

Before and after: how a Freelance Writer-style bullet improves

Illustrative example. Numbers like these should always come from your own real results — useful metrics for this field include traffic, leads, CAC, ROAS, open/click rates, revenue attributed, audience growth.

How to tailor your Freelance Writer CV in three steps

1. Mark the must-haves. Read the posting and highlight the tools, skills, and responsibilities it repeats or labels “required”.
2. Match them to your real experience. For each must-have, find the place in your history where you actually did it, and move that evidence to the top — using the posting’s wording where it is honest.
3. Cut what doesn’t help. Shorten or remove bullets that don’t support this particular job. Two strong, relevant lines beat six generic ones.

That’s exactly what renewed.cv automates: it extracts the requirements, rewrites your real experience around them, fact-checks the result against your original, and shows you a before/after match score.
