What a recruiter checks first on a Performance Marketing Manager resume
In marketing and content hiring, the first read is fast. These are the things that matter most:

- tools and platforms from the posting (GA4, HubSpot, Ads platforms, SEO tools)
- proof of strategy and execution, with a link to a portfolio or published work

Before and after: how a Performance Marketing Manager-style bullet improves
Generic

Tailored

Illustrative example. Numbers like these should always come from your own real results — useful metrics for this field include traffic, leads, CAC, ROAS, open/click rates, revenue attributed, audience growth.
How to tailor your Performance Marketing Manager CV in three steps
- Mark the must-haves. Read the posting and highlight the tools, skills, and responsibilities it repeats or labels “required”.
- Match them to your real experience. For each must-have, find the place in your history where you actually did it, and move that evidence to the top — using the posting’s wording where it is honest.
- Cut what doesn’t help. Shorten or remove bullets that don’t support this particular job. Two strong, relevant lines beat six generic ones.
That’s exactly what renewed.cv automates: it extracts the requirements, rewrites your real experience around them, fact-checks the result against your original, and shows you a before/after match score.
